The game your residents
actually want to watch.

Every regional sports network available to lodging and institutions, by market, with the channel number on the system we install. Pick your facility type and we will also show what the licensing looks like.
A residential subscription will not
cover your building.
It has to be a commercial account
Televisions in resident rooms, patient rooms, guest rooms or a dining room are not residential viewing. We hold the commercial account and set it up for the way your building actually uses it.
Public areas are licensed differently
A restaurant or bar open to the public is licensed as a public viewing establishment, priced on occupancy. A resident lounge is not. Getting this wrong is the part operators worry about — we handle it.
Regional networks are market-bound
Regional networks only reach their own territory, and each league sets its own blackout and out-of-market rules. The finder above shows which ones reach your address.
Checked 29 September 2026: CableTV.com on who carries regional sports · The TV Answer Man on DISH. Regional rights are set by the leagues; we confirm what reaches your address and package when we quote. Provider names identify only; Empire TV is not affiliated with them.
Who can actually
carry the home team?
Regional networks are where the local team plays on a weeknight. Cable carries the ones for the market it has built in, DISH carries none, and satellite through us reaches every market, so a resident’s old team from another state can be on the lineup too.
Which package actually
carries the games?
Every regional sports network sits in Xtra. Entertainment carries the national sports channels and no regional ones, and the two smallest packages carry no sports networks at all. If residents follow a local team, the package matters more than the television does.

No guessing.

Game day, wherever
your screens are.
Senior living & CCRCs
The regional network for the home team in every resident room, plus the dining room and the lounge. Residents who moved from another state usually ask about their old team first — out-of-market packages cover that.
Hospitals & skilled nursing
Patient rooms, day rooms and waiting areas on one account. A long-stay rehab patient not missing the game matters more than people think.
Hotels & resorts
Guest rooms on private-viewing terms and a lobby bar licensed for public viewing, on the same system and the same invoice.
Restaurants & sports bars
Licensed properly for public viewing, with the regional networks your market carries and the national packages that fill the fourth quarter.
Student housing
Common-area viewing on the commercial account, with in-unit service available through ELINK as a resident-paid amenity.
Clubs, venues & corporate
Anywhere a screen is on in front of people who did not pay to be there, the licensing question comes up. We answer it before install.
